We train on the latest and greatest which is Excel 365, but most of what we teach works on versions Excel 2021 and newer. If you want us to customize to match an older version, please contact us for a custom quote.

If the training is at your location or a online virtual session, then each attendee will need a training computer with a desktop version of Excel installed on the computer. If the training location is at our training location we will provide everything the attendee needs.

We recommend 15 or less participants to maximize interaction and hands-on learning. However, we can accommodate groups as large as you need and can bring multiple instructors if needed to handle large classes.

Yes, we can teach the class in half day sessions or any increment you desire. There is an additional fee for breaking full day classes into multiple day sessions.
